We checked in for our short break but originally were put in the annex not the hotel !! We weren't happy when we saw the room and certainly didn't warrant the price with its threadbare dirty carpet and small boxy room with a few hairs on the suppose clean bedding!! I complained and was put in a better room in...

This very old, beautiful, quaint hotel was our first stop on Thursday afternoon. Our room was not quite ready as we arrived early, but we were invited to utilise their spa facilities, which can be accessed either through the quirky hotel or through their beautifully manicured gardens. The pool was smaller than that at a typical leisure centre but adequate...

This hotel is a few miles outside Stratford upon Avon. The food is excellent both at breakfast and evening. There is a friendly spa and very attractive grounds. There is also a redundant 11th century church in the grounds although unfortunately it is approached via the septic tank. We stayed in the old part but there is a modern extension....

My wife & I stayed at this hotel for 1 night as part of a course we attended. The character of the hotel is everywhere which sets you up for the full Shakespeare experience just down the road. The accommodation was generous with a very comfortable king size bed, however the drainage of the sink was running very slow. The...

First of all I would like to say this is a stunning hotels within beautiful grounds. When we arrived we were greeted by two very friendly and helpful receptions who allocated a lovely room for us. Prior to my visit I requested a superior room with lovely views as it was a surprise visit for my husbands 60th birthday, this...

We have just arrived home after our second stay at Billesley Manor Hotel. We spent a lovely relaxing Christmas here. Whilst there were a few 'niggles' nothing could detract from the wonderful atmosphere and charm of this Elizabethan Manor House and the exceptional courteous, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the barn, which is really quiet and relaxing and...

I popped into Billesley Manor for a steak on a beautiful sunny day. The hotel is impressive outside but slightly down at heel inside. The Cedar Tree and topiary look great when the sun is out. Luckily, I had eaten a huge dinner the night before and a large breakfast. Otherwise, I would have been dissapointed. The steak was small...

We recently had a one night stay on a special offer rate with Dinner, B&B and evening meal. The Hotel is a very attractive Elizabethan Building and has so much atmosphere! We loved it - we were upgraded to a deluxe room which although didn't have the best of views was a lovely size with all facilities. The staff were...
