My wife (of about 8 hours) and I stayed at this hotel on the evening following our wedding ceremony. The room was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom/wet-room was superb. The bed was superb and the room warm and quiet despite being close to the high street. The decor was smart and the B&O television and modern coffee machine in the... More

Very nice hotel room, very clean, brilliant shower and TV was brilliant, hair dryer and Iron/board included. Reception takes keys so access and parking is easy. Only downside is room is a bit small and you can hear the bar downstairs, but the bed was that comfy it didnt matter. Didnt have brekkie but looked very nice. Also there is... More

Room was gorgeous- warm, cosy & tastefully decorated. Really clean & well presented. Coffee machine & tv were a nice touch. Although on the Main Street, the hotel quietened down before it got too late - had a great night sleep. The breakfast was great also- plenty of selection of freshly baked breads, freshly squeezed orange juice, fruits and cereals.... More

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights the weekend before Christmas and had the most amazing time. From the moment we arrived on the car park we were greeted and welcomed warmly, being taken straight to our room with no hassle. We stayed in Room 3 which was the perfect mix of old fashioned and modern - it... More

We stayed here for one night just before Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was smart and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint would be that the pillows were very large and very hard - synthetic rather than feather. The rain shower in the small, but well-appointed bathroom was excellent. The toiletries were all Elemis which... More

My husband and I stayed at The Kenilworth for 1 night in December. Having found the hotel we were slightly unsure exactly where the hotel car park was, so we rang the hotel for directions; not only did we receive perfect directions, but as we arrived at the car park, a member of staff was waiting for us and took... We visited the Kenilworth Hotel to enjoy the cocktails, my first with champagne was very nice made by a pleasant Chinese male. The 2nd was a coconut mojito, very little alcohol but so much ice brimming over the glass!!!! You are asked if all is okay, but please don't bother to tell them otherwise as I did!! The English thin... More

I had an amazing night at the Kenilworth on Saturday night. The service was amazing, second to none and clearly something they pride themselves on. I was served by the manager Calum and he was polite and attentive. It was clear they all have a huge passion for what they do. I was in on Saturday night when the below... More
