The room was clean and quiet - not spacious but adequate. Breakfast was good. A very useful facility in a quiet location within short distance of NEC at an affordable price with good car parking on site.

I meet a group of OAPs here once a month and we all eat the OAP lunch which is excellent value and good quality too. The puddind are good too. Also and probably even more important are the quality traditional beers they have.
