We stopped over on the 21/08/15 at this site, I must admit we did not realise it was so close that the planes came over head at this site, we had our windows open but due too the noise of the airplanes they had too be shut, although a fan was provided it was no way big enough for cooling...

We travelled up to Newcastle for a concert at the Racecourse. This Premier Inn is just off a major roundabout with a Beefeater and MacDonalds next door. Struggled to put the address in the sat nav but knew that if we headed for the Moor Farm Roundabout we were sure to see it and we did. Its 3.3 miles to...

nice clean hotel, Helpful and friendly staff in the hotel and breakfast, however the restaurant manager is extremely rude to his staff and colleagues in front of customers. A minor mixup with a meal deal voucher and he completely blew it out of proportion. He clearly has issues, finally one of his staff went out their way to sort the...

Usual comfortable accommodation as expected from a Premier Inn. Weather hot and sultry so fan in room, plus sheets to replace the duvet were a welcome find. Fun and games with a false fire alarm, fortunately not in the middle of the night, but staff on the ball to establish the cause and to re-assure guests that it was truly...

We visit Premier Inns partly because of the consistently good value and the promise of a good night's sleep. The other night we were disturbed by a false fire alarm but there was an unfortunate disturbance afterwards which we mentioned to the staff the next day. We specifically highlighted that we weren't look for a refund for the fire alarm...

Stayed here as family with two rooms for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and very helpful, thanks Steve on duty and rest of team. Rooms were quiet, clean and tidy. Large screen TV's in both. Felt safe and car secure in parking. Good Beefeater restaurant next door, hotel breakfasts were good. Also if required there is a Mini-supermarket shop just...

The staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. Especially those on reception and at breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the rooms have a big TV. We did encounter some noise from planes but not much. My main criticism is that it isn't a full buffet breakfast which was disappointing. We ate in the restaurant at night but the...

My wife & I stayed at this Premier Inn for one night whilst taking in some National Trust and English Heritage properties in the area. It proved an ideal stop-over, situated as it is, just off a roundabout on the A19. In spite of being close to the main road there was no audible traffic noise in the bedroom save...

Rooms very clean, reception staff very welcoming but that is where the good things end. The rooms are cold and one had 1 chair although 2 guests bed so high needed steps to get into it. No table to enjoy a coffee at and no tray at the tea/coffee station all in all quite disappointing. The restaurant was also very...
