We stayed in this hotel last Oct 7th, on our nice slow drive from London to Edinburgh. Greeted by a friendly reception. Very quiet too at nite, even though we found out later that it is actually close to the airport. There's also a Beefeater restaurant right beside it and we had an excellent dinner before retiring to bed. All...

We booked in along with about 30+ others for my daughter's gymnastics competition. Great location, not too far from Newcastle and nice and quiet. Staff at the hotel and particularly the Beafeteer Inn incredibly helpful. Accommodating everyone's needs and arrival times. Food was really good and great value.

Fairly big Inn over 2 floors. No lift so if you're not mobile ask for Ground floor. Refurbished rooms so modern and comfortable. The room I had still lacked a plug by the bed, such a nuisance in 2016. Well located just off the A19 with a Beefeater next door, a McDonald's adjacent and a Cooperative Petrol Station/ Shop too....

Stayed here when in the area for a funeral. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and although close to the airport it was quiet so had a good nights sleep. We ate at the Beefeater next door which was convenient and the food was good. Would recommend.

Just returned from a 2 night break at this great little Premier Inn whilst visiting friends for the weekend. Location was great. Situated just off the main road and adjacent to a Beefeater Pub/Restaurant. Opposite is a 24 hour McDonald's and a Petrol Station/Co-op combined. Really great if you have forgotten any toiletries etc. Check in was quick and easy...

Very good and friendly staff. Hotel quiet both inside and out. Very clean and standards kept throughout stay. Excellent breakfast cooked to order (no food in hot pans as is usually the case).Dinner was not good, many items on menu not available. What was served was not too good.

Whilst the staff were all very friendly our stay of five nights was marred by inadequate ventilation of the room (no air on, one fan but impossible to sleep with window open due to noise of traffic from two very busy roads and planes on the approach to Newcastle airport. We had booked two single beds but got a medium...

Like most Premier Inns, this one provides all the basic needs to a high standard. Adequate car parking, a friendly efficient reception, decent size room and en suite both of which were clean and in good decorative order. Excellent bed, large flat screen TV and adequate standard free wifi. The breakfast and evening meal deal at the adjacent Beefeater, which...

We love the standard of the Premier Inns and this one was made better due to the quality of the reception staff. They were put to their test when the fire alarms we activated, which luckily was a false alarm, but the reception lady was amazing with the way she dealt with everyone paying particular attention to the elderly and...

Stayed for the night before the Great North Run. Just about every hotel in or around Newcastle was either full or seriously expensive (£250+/night). The Premier Inn was still expensive for its usual rate but much more affordable. Free water and little packs of sweets on race day was a lovely touch. Room was very hot and the "air con"...
