We returned for the great North run for the 8th time staying at the Jesmond Park hotel. This time with the addition of a 6 month old baby. Vaughan and the team were fantastic again. Made us feel very welcome and very accommodating of our toddler and baby sorting out the bits and pieces we needed. Friendly hotel, conviently located...

Nice hotel, close enough to restaurants and the town center to be convenient but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Friendly staff and decent breakfasts (you do need to request veggie options in advance or nothing will be in), with a good standard of cleanliness. Mostly shared bathroom and shower, small but comfortable bedrooms. Only complaint would...

I have stayed twice at this hotel and both times I have been impressed particularly with the staff who are extremely friendly and very obliging. The standards in the hotel are great especialy for the prices which they charge and the breakfast was first class. I realy like this place and will continue to return . Thank you

We booked a family room for two adults and one child, what we got was a normal quite small room with an extra single bed “shoe-horned” in. The staff were friendly, bar is cheap but cash only. The breakfast was really nice, freshly cooked to order.

What a great place to stay, we were a very mixed group of 5 staying for 2 nights for my daughter's graduation, this included my 2yr old granddaughter and my wheelchair bound 89yr old mother, the staff were incredible, so helpful, polite and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean and fresh. We all...

Well positioned if you have a car - bit of a trek to the metro, but only a £3.50 cab fare into Newcastle centre. Moved to a larger room than booked - comfy bed, good tea/coffee facilities, small but functional shower. Lovely staff and very welcoming. Decent breakfast included. Parking can be iffy if people don't return the borrowed permits...

Although the staff were very helpful and nice I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel considering the price I paid for 2 nights. The shared bathroom was definitely shared by a multitude of rooms, you could tell. The shower in disrepair and unwelcoming so I didn't use it. The bathroom wasn't cleaned from one day to the...
