Lovely hotel, smartly furnished, very friendly and helpful staff and a good choice of breakfast items. If my daughter chooses Newcastle uni we would definitely choose this hotel when we visit. Osbourne road has lots of nice restaurants and bars and the taxi into town for 3 of us was under a fiver!

The rooms are tiny more like a b&b than a hotel with a smaller really badly designed wet room. To use the toilet you have to sit an angle with no leg room and the heated...

Lovely and warm on such a cold winter's day. Room small yet comfortable, excellent WiFi and very nice breakfast including hot options which we weren't expecting. A great location for the buzzing nightlife of Jesmond and only 15 mins walk into the city centre for some great shopping, galleries, cafes and a lovely stroll along the quayside. Recommended as a...

The bathroom is made similar with NHS hospital bathroom (main flushing button cover is missing too!). The bed frame is very builder made (not bespoke bed). The mattress is very cheap made that I felt like...
