The Gresham Hotel was disappointing. The reception area is small and reminiscent of a minicab call centre. The room was clean but dreary. Breakfast was basic and uninspiring. Staff were friendly. We would not go back although it was quite cheap.

Breakfast was a full english and was lovely, served between 9-11am so ideal. All in all a great hotel, only bad point was...

The cocktail bars are going really well but there had been very few guests for the hotel as yet. The room was comfortable, well appointed, clean...
