During my recent business trip to Newcastle I chose the Travelodge Newcastle Central for my stay. I was made very welcome and the staff very professional, polite and extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend!

Booked in advance as a city centre location we thought would be busy. There was very polite staff but few problems whilst there. Firstly lift out of order on check in and departure, cobwebs, lipstick stains on door which looked like blood, stained bath and very dusty bathroom and grubby shower curtain. My partner found a large yellow stain on...

It was my second visit to this particular Travelodge and it was, as always, very pleasant! Lovely staff from the outset and throughout my stay. Chilly winter night and we checked into the room to find the heating on to the perfect temperature, very clean and tidy. Also love that they have those bottle openers attached to the dressing table!...

We stayed here for a step do great location and very good staff. They work with you and when some of the group got out of line they were spoken in a firm understanding way. Rooms have all you need and are serviced when you want or need them done. They made our group feel as welcome as any other...

Everything was as it should have been, check in / out, room, bar service after hours. The car parking was on site and only £6 for 24 hours, 3 minutes walk and you are on the quayside. 20 minutes walk and you are in central Newcastle. Overall, a great place to stay.

Could have been a tad cheaper for what it was but it was a sat night. Your normal travelodge room. Staff fine. Area good. Seems clean enough but didn't inspect it much. Can't think of anything else to say.

This is a decent Travelodge close to the Quayside in Newcastle and around 10 minutes walk (if that) to the main shopping area and eateries but there are also plenty of bars and restaurants close by and at the Quayside. The car park attached to the place has 24 hour parking for £6, incredible value for a city centre! Check...

We were staying as part of a trip to visit the Uni with our son (3 in one room). The room was large and the beds comfy and overall the price we paid meant it was very good value. We had to leave the window open at night (no air conditioning) to let some air in which meant it was...

Upon arrival we were greated swiftly and professionally, all aspects of the stay explained to us and how the card system worked. We were asked the purpose of our stay as there were four in our party. Expalined it was my 50th birhday treat and were there to see a show. We were informed of the taxi concierge for the...
