Clean, great location 200m from the tyne bridge. Sub-level car parking £6 for 24hrs. Great for an overnight stay such as mine. Easy to access from major roads from the central motorway from north or south and from the east-Tyne Tunnel.

Spent the night in this travelodge on a Sunday for the Ed Sheeran concert. Upon entry the reception were really helpful and told us how to get to St James Park along with taxis we could ring if required. The room itself looked well maintained...More

Excellent weekend away in this Travelodge. Service was brilliant, paid for unlimited breakfast which was great. Also free parking but would recommend early check in as it's a first come first serve basis and the carpark was not huge due to not being fully completed....More

Excelent value for money with great helpfull staff. comfortable.clean and cozy fabulous stay perfect situation for city centre thoroughly enjoyed stay and will return in the future.we found the overall experience very enjoyable

Hi, yes there is a relatively large car park situated underneath the hotel.

Catch the metro down to the central station. Then a 10 -15 min walk to the hotel. If you have cases, then probably a taxi would be better from the station

Yep... have done that in lots of Travelodges. Also drop them off there if we arrive early.
