Six members of our family, all adults, stayed here on New Year's Eve. Staff were friendly and professional, rooms were very clean and warm and bathroom showers were excellent. Had a great New Year's Eve out and about and returned for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was had at MacDonalds, very handy. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Good sized room, which as you expect was nice and clean. I personally find the mattress too hard, however I requested an additional duvet to sleep on and this was brought to the room without any issue. We received a warm welcome on our arrival and at £32 (which included 24 hr WiFi) this was very god value for money.

The staff were welcoming especially Amanda the night shift she helped all of us in the group. Even in the morning when we left she was still happy. We will stay again in the future really handy for Mcdonalds and the co-op.

We stayed 3 nights whilst working at a show at the Racecourse. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very little noise from the nearby roads and surrounding businesses. Very handily situated for the pub, McDonald's or supermarket. Overall a good value stay.

Everything you could ask for really, at a really cheap price. Nice rooms, friendly staff, great location to get into Newcastle with out being too close to attract the stag doos! Pub and shop over the road and a great location to get onto the motorway if just passing over

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights and it was very pleasant. It's quiet,no noise from other rooms and very easy access in to Newcastle. For what you pay the rooms are reasonable. We decided against breakfast as there is a pub right next door that serve it,a McDonald's within a minute walking and also the co-op within...

Our heating system was down so our insurance company booked us this hotel not far from our house. I like the fact that it is pet friendly so we could bring our dog too but I don't like that wifi isn't included. In this day and age, this is really an inconvenience.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to see that you enjoyed our pet extra, however we’re really sorry to learn of your disappointment with our WiFi extra. We do not include the cost of this extra in our room rates unlike some of our competitors as we believe this allows our guests to pay for the services they need...
