Beds were very uncomfortable. Noisy floor board. Breakfast was good, cooked to order, except Sunday which was help yourself and had to wait for cooked items to be available. Leisure club was excellent.

Staff very helpful full marks, room nice but showing signs of wear, bar food good, Very disappointed with the food, starter was average but cod and chips were very greasey, the fish looked like a frozen item from a supermarket ,too much batter , not much fish and full of fat. The raspberry pavlova arrived with mixed berry , when asked...

We stayed here for 2 nights as a couple for a special occasion. The town is beautiful and I would definitely urge people to visit Yarm. But do not stay at this hotel if you like the finer things in life, like a comfortable bed, nice room, good food, experienced staff or attention to detail. There was NO luxury here....

Popped into the Parkmore with a friend for a couple of drinks, very welcoming atmosphere with pleasant bar staff. Appears there has been a refurbishment in the reception and communal areas which are very tidy. My wife and I had our wedding reception here 21 years ago so I have fond memories. Lovely building.

Tried this hotel last week, very dissapointed. Room very tired, cold shower on both mornings, cold room, noisy room. Breakfast service very poor, it took 25 minutes for a glass of orange juice and a bowl of porridge. Items on the continental buffet not replaced. Evening food, service was very good, but the food itself was very sub standard and...

I stayed at the Parkmore early last year, a refurb has obviously taken place with the reception and meeting areas smartened up. The room I was in was clean and fresh with the normal facilities, shower was a little under powered. The only concern in the room was the plug socket was nowhere near the desk/table, as a result I...

Literally just checking out and wanted to say how wonderful the hotel is. Very good facilities, staff give exceptional welcome and service. Evening meal and breakfast so tasty and filling. Will need to come back again.

I have been attending the forever living meetings now for a year and I must say I am impressed with the direction in which the hotel is taking as every fortnight there is something new going on and things are starting to change for the better. Staff are all lovely and meeting space and wifi is great

Reception, rooms and staff in the main hotel are fantastic the leisure suite is also well worth the visit whilst you here. And that's were the fun stops 1hour to be served in the restaurant, you could live with I guess, but the breakfast was an experience at the moment it's only taken 30 mins to get my order out...

Lovely room breakfast was amazing best breakfast 10/10 but I was disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist. I was told that there was an extra cost for having my dog with me which the hotel says pets welcome but no mention of extra charges. Also on the bed was a plastic cover under the sheet I wondered why I...
