We arrived late afternoon and was greeted by a friendly male member of staff on reception. We were allocated room 119 which was fine. Only issue was we found what appeared to be a used bath towel on the bed. The towel was damp.
This hotel has great accessibility for wheelchair users. The rooms are spacious the bathrooms are well equipped with everything needed. The bolts do need removed in the shower rails to allow them to be used.
From arrival to departure we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was spotlessly clean.
You know what to expect at a Premier Inn - our experience was a pleasant one, the bed was comfortable, two pillows each, thick pristine towels available.
