Very well located bed and breakfast. Park up on the ample drive and easy walking distance to all that the beautiful Wells has to offer. Room in the detached building at rear of house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Could hear slight noise of traffic but would emphasise only slight. Continental style breakfast was very adequate. All in all...

What a fantastic find, from the very moment we meet Jayne we were made to feel welcome. She led us down the side of her house into a wonderfully kept garden and our little home from home room. Parking is taken care of with an ample drive at the front of the house. The room (The Rose Suite) was amazingly...

Jayne was the most delightful hostess we have met. She welcomed us warmly, and could not do enough for us. We not only highly recommend Jayne to anyone considering AirBnB in the Wells are, we also will be planning to book again if we are ever back there again. The continental breakfast included was far more than adequate - it...

The garden room is quiet and very comfortable with a good en-suite shower room. Jayne is very welcoming and all the equipment and facilities you need are provided - together with a great breakfast all ready for you to have when you want it in the room.

We've just returned from a couple of nights stay in Wells at this very peaceful B&B. We had booked one of the rooms in the garden. Pleasant room with crisp, cotton sheets and a handy kitchenette. The room itself was big enough to fit the baby's carry-cot and a spare mattress for his big sister. Despite the weather we could...

Jayne is a really wonderful host and the accommodation perfect. The rooms are very welcoming and you will not want for anything at all. Jayne´s attention to detail is great abd there is plenty of tea, coffee and juice. A lovely touch was the little cookies and fresh fruit that were available. The breakfasts are wonderful and you can sit...

I was a regular visitor to Ashford House last year and cannot praise Jayne's hospitality enough. The suites are beautifully kept and it always felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail is second to none and breakfast was always a pleasure. Jayne is very flexible and keen to meet her guests' individual needs. My dog was...

My husband and I stayed at Ashford House (a return visit) for 4 nights in September. This time we had the Poppy Suite and the experience was just as good as the first time (in 2010). The breakfast provisions left each day by Jayne were very generous and we enjoyed the little extras such as the jar of biscuits and...

I was in Wells visiting Wells Cathedral School and the school recommended Ashford House B&B. I was so pleased with their choice. This had to have been my best B&B experience I've had by a mile. Jayne was very welcoming and so helpful, giving me directions and restaurant recommendations in the town. I stayed in the Rose suite which was...

We had a lovely time staying here for 2 nights while we visited wells. The room was immaculate, had every facility you could think of and was a very good size. The food left for us by Jayne and her family was lovely and more then enough. My only negative is, the walls are so thin you could hear everything...
