From the, 'get go', Janet & Steffan were wonderful hosts. My friend & I stayed in a 'Hobbit hut', in the garden. It was Magical. Felt like being inside Snow White's cottage. Featuring crisp, cotton, white lace bedding & patchwork cushions. Beautiful wood interior with wooden shuttered windows & large Green, wooden door. Generous shower cubicle en-suite. We stayed for Abbey Extravanganza in a twin room. The room was comfortable and clean with some nice touches. We had a shared bathroom which is not ideal but we did know in advance so can't moan. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit salad, juice, cereal and a never ending supply of tea or coffee. The cooked breakfast is vegetarian...

Sweet wooden green door and wooden shutters, all wood floors, a charming coffee/tea area. The owners thought of everything and the place was set up with care. Breakfast was delicious! The place is centrally located a...

A great place to stay. The owners are really good at making guests feel at home. Breakfast is very varied and of a high quality. There are cats to stroke. The new "Hobbit Holes" are well-worth visiting - they are outdoor units located at the end of the garden but offering the amenities you would expect of a good quality...
