From the moment we arrived at Parsnips we were treated with warmth and kindness that made us feel at home and welcomed. The house was beautifully appointed and immaculate, but never stuffy. Breakfast was heavenly. Lynda and Lloyd treated us like cherished friends and we were sad to leave this beautiful place. Parsnips is a highlight of our trip to...

On our trip from the United States to Edinburgh, London, Glastonbury, back to London, then home, Glastonbury was the highlight, and Parsnips was a HUGE contributing factor. Upon arrival, Lynda greeted us with tea in the walled garden, resplendent with foxgloves and roses. We (two large-ish men) were in one of the smaller rooms, yet the room was so well...

This was the sixth time we have stayed at Parsnips, which speaks for itself. Lynda and Lloyd are the friendliest, most welcoming couple you could ever wish to meet, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will always try to help with...

From the warm welcome and cuppa to the fantastic hospitality I was more than happy with my 3 day stay on business in Glastonbury. Linda couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome, even ironed a couple of shirts for me which was way beyond expectations. Really comfortable beds and terrific breakfast in the conservatory. Would recomend to anyone travelling...

Delightful Patrons. Delicious breakfast served with some much care and attention to detail. Very comfortable bed - excellent night's sleep! The room decor was so well thought through. A real treat. Thank you for making my experience such a home from home comfort.

Without doubt the best B. and B. that we have stayed in. Parsnips is conveniently situated between the town centre and the Tor.The house is tastefully decorated and our room was spotlessly clean. Although small, it had everything we needed and looked out onto the lovely formal garden. Breakfast in the conservatory was different from the norm and the selection...

Our family returned to Parsnips for a 3 day stay over Easter,to visit our relations in the area. We were greeted with the same warmth and kindness as on our first visit 3 years ago. Lynda & Lloyd are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble, their home is a delightful property, spotlessly clean and maintained to a very...

“Best rooms are at rear if property due to busy road at the front. I would choose St. John's Suite personnaly.”

“If you are easily disturbed by traffic, and you have a choice, try to have one of the rooms at the back of the house.”

“The 'Tor' Room does overlook a junction which can be noisy at times. However, the curtains are very heavy and blocks out the any light from the street lights and helps muffle any outside noise. This room is fine if you sleep well-heavy, but my friend is a fairly light sleeper and did not feel at all disturbed during the night.”
