I hired Parsips with a group of friends for a birthday weekend. The arrangements and transactions proceeding our stay were very smooth and communication was very good . We were made very welcome by owner Lynda who had left us some treats in the fridge!! The house itself is beautiful and clean and very light,. There was plenty of room...

What a lovely house! Well equipped and didn't need to ask for anything. Bedding and towels were spotless.we all had a en-suite in each bedroom (luxury). Lynda who owned the cottage was very hospitable and gave us a lovely welcome pack. We were close to Glastonbury high street (within 5 mins walk), the Tor 5 mins the other way and...

Parsnips was a perfect venue for a surprise special birthday celebration for my wife. It appears the profile of the business has recently changed from bed and breakfast to self catering. There are 5 double or twin rooms all with excellent en suites. The beds were extremely comfortable and I know its a little thing but the showers were strong...

We were originally going to stay in the Parsnips B & B, but after finding out they had self catering apartments we decided to opt for this. The place was very easy to find and parking wasn't a problem (private parking at the side of the building). The instructions we were given to gain entry was very easy and clear....

We have just returned from our second stay at Parsnips. As before we were well looked after by Lynda & Lloyd, they are perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are superb and really set you up for the day. We had the Abbey room at the back overlooking the garden and although bijou, it was comfortable...

Parsnips is a really great find, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Glastonbury. Lynda and Lloyd are perfect hosts, making you feel welcome and "at home" in their B&B as soon as you arrive. Our room, The Tor, was immaculately clean and the en suite shower room and loo was sparkling. The white and duck egg colour...

“Best rooms are at rear if property due to busy road at the front. I would choose St. John's Suite personnaly.”

“If you are easily disturbed by traffic, and you have a choice, try to have one of the rooms at the back of the house.”
Caduceus712, 18 Sep 2014 | Read review
“The 'Tor' Room does overlook a junction which can be noisy at times. However, the curtains are very heavy and blocks out the any light from the street lights and helps muffle any outside noise. This room is fine if you sleep well-heavy, but my friend is a fairly light sleeper and did not feel at all disturbed during the night.”
