We had a lovely long weekend stay . Tony made us feel very welcome and at home . It's a beautiful house with so much to see and read. The dining room with the one big table is lovely and sociable too. Would definitely recommend a stay and will be returning ourselves.

My husband and I stayed at The Covenstead in Glastonbury for just one night, I wish we were able to stay longer! sadly it was booked the following night :( The house is a museum of magic artefacts from around the world. You would think that it might be a little bit creepy with so many real skulls lurking about...

My husband and I stayed over Valentine's Day and we had a fantastic time at the Covenstead! Sean was a wonderful host, and brilliant fun to talk to, we felt very much at home, and the place is very clean, comfortable and quirky, loved it! Great selection of artifacts and books! The rooms are lovely, ours had the Pink Fairy...

I had the pleasure of staying here this weekend for my birthday. From the moment Margaret opened the door, till the moment she closed the gate after us, the warm, exceptional service was second to none. I could spend days here and still not have had the time to immerse myself in the extensive library, abundance of interesting artefacts or...

I loved my stay at the Covenstead, Margaret and Tony were perfect hosts, extremely welcoming and the house is amazing, my room was out of this world, completely an unexpected pleasure. Absolutely amazing place, Tony, the owner, is lovely! Explains about the house and it's fantastic array of artefacts, which are something to behold. I love the fact there are lovely rooms filled with calming music and books to many to mention, that you can relax in and not just sit in your room! But then again the rooms are a...

Well what an amazing, one of a kind hotel, I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere like it! Its very hard to describe but its a bit like sleeping in a museum full of weird and wonderful occult objects cramming every surface. If you are going to Glastonbury its an ideal location to take in everything the town has...

When visiting Glastonbury we always stay at the Covenstead - right up our street!!! Despite no Adele now, Tony and Sean did a great job - well done guys and will see you again soon. We were attending a conference at the Town Hall so this was the ideal place to stay just being a few minutes from the front...
