Had a two night stay here, the location is excellent and the proprietors were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with lovely coffee and plenty of it. Generally the B & B seemed clean but the décor is extremely dated and is quite dark. Was expecting an ensuite but just had a shower and had to use shared toilet down the... More

We stayed here for a girls weekend for two nights. Peter gave us a very warm welcome! Gave us useful local information & directions. Our ensuite room was big, clean, had everything we needed. We asked margarita for an iron board & was no problem! Located in a perfect spot, ten minute walk to get right into town. Car parking... More

My husband and I came here on our first wedding anniversary, we had a room on the top floor which had everything needed, the room had a shower in there aswell. Our toilet was a shared one on the floor below, both our room and the bathroom were decked out nicely and always kept clean. The books in the room... More

Stayed in family room with ensuite bathroom - very comfortable; centrally located - all major sites 15 minutes or less walking Expensive - but that's Bath! Extra 5£ per night for parking seems too much; choice for breakfast was limited but what was served was good; no wifi

A good-old-fashioned B&B. Breakfast was 8-10 with cereal, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs and porridge. Very convenient location to center of bath. No Wifi. Parking available ( at £5 a night). Very gracious when we turned up after latest check-in at 8pm, due to traffic. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Group of four stayed for two nights to celebrate a friends birthday Upon arrival met both the owners - gentleman was pleasant and helpful but the woman was cold and unwelcoming and a bit rude (as she would be in all dealings with her) Room was functional but small, shower cubical in corner of room and shared toilet downstairs. Dirty... More

I visited Elgin Villa last Easter. We had room 6 which was nice and spacious...comfy bed. From all B&B visited, this has been the best. Nice and inviting rooms. Nice walk from the villa to the heart of the city. The breakfast is nice and our hosts where fantastic. Charming little place! Great value for money...

A very pleasant 3 star hotel. Clean and plenty of towels. Great location. Short walk to Royal Crescent and Circus. Friendly, unobtrusive and would stay again. The breakfast was included in price, a simple affair but great tasting coffee!! The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet location over looking allotments.

Well located B&B with parking, just a short walk to the Royal Crescent, and 10 mins to the town centre. Our double room was quite large, with a TV (admittedly quite small but we did;t come to Bath to watch TV), and en suite shower room that was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Owners were very nice, friendly and accommodating.... More

I recently visited this place with friends. I did find the owners/ staff friendly and helpful. I also can't fault the cleanliness or location of the building. However I feel let down as it was not value for money. Over priced for an adequate b&b. Misleading with regards to breakfast being included in the price. £370 for a two night... More
