My partner and i stayed at The Hollies from Tuesday April 6th to Saturday April 10th 2010. We were very impressed in many ways with the b&b and would rate it as 5 star! Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, they go out of their way to make your stay as special and comfortable as possible. If you...

The Hollies is really one of a kind! If you are going to Bath, this guest house is definitely the best place to stay- good value for money, and the house is an absolute masterpiece!!! Lovely its atmosphere, beautiful garden, very comfortable bedroom (we stayed in an English bedroom), with a large bathroom and great food! Dave and Jo were...

We had a lovely stay at the Hollies. It is a beautiful house, full of character and exquisitely furnished. We stayed in the Indian room, which is usually a twin, but when booking I told David we were a couple and on our arrival we found the most comfortable double bed! The room was full of every comfort, breakfast was...

This guest house is on a main road into Bath, but amazingly tucked away, out of sight, at the same time. The house and rooms are immaculate and had no sign of general wear and tear. The service was personal and friendly, but never intrusive or over-bearing. The breakfasts were quite simply perfection (first time my vegetarian partner has been...

David, Joe and Amber welcomed us to their lovely home last weekend. Beautifully furnished and equipped with library, curios and travel mementos, we felt instantly at home. Our quiet room overlooked a pretty garden and neighbouring chapel and a sound night's sleep was ensured by top quality bath towels and bedclothes plus sumptious curtains and blackout blinds. A large model...

We have just spent the weekend in David and Joe's lovely house. We stayed in the Indian room, which looks out over the church, and across the valley. It has a small but perfectly satisfactory ensuite shower and toilet, while the washbasin is in the room itself. Everything was immaculately clean, and the linen on the (enormous and very comfortable)...

The Hollies is a beautiful home, the attention to detail is flawless, the breakfast are sumptuous, David and Joe are great hosts and the location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more . . . other than to take Amber, the resident cat home with us! Thank you David and Joe for a wonderful weekend.
