Really easy check-in with plenty of parking. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was stunning. The facilities were great, included iron, ironing board, hair drier, cupboard full of coat hangers, a kettle, plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits. A microwave was available if needed. The view out into the garden was lovely and we could see...

This is a superb place. A typical large Bath semi right on the edge of the town with parking and free Wi Fi. I was so pleasantly surprised by the spotless presentation of this entire house. An additional provision I found useful was the microwave in a cupboard on the landing with a collection of crockery and cutlery. So much...

Overall clean, quiet, comfortable. Has a cosy feel to it. It was located within a reasonable walking distance to the main city of Bath. Although do note that this is uphill from the city. We did enjoy the walk as it provided pleasant views, and we came at a time when the weather was good. We had a room facing...

Of the many B&Bs that I have stayed in over the past 4 weeks, this was the one I have liked the least. Summary welcome, with no explanations. A cluttered room with too much furniture in it (not practical when travelling with a lot of luggage). Breakfast was OK, but no fresh ground coffee, only rather nasty instant. We were...

Check in was easy - didn't see anyone. Only saw people at breakfast which was cooked fresh and to order. The shower was in the bath with a large step in or out which may be a problem for some. The mugs in the room were not clean. Otherwise an enjoyable stay and would recommend to others. Great view from...

We stayed here over Easter and although we had a room which contained everything we needed and well decorated and clean, we found the landlady not at all helpful. We returned on the Saturday night to find that our room had not been cleaned. On speaking to the owner we were told that as we had asked for some extra...

My partner and I booked a room for 2 nights. The rooms we stayed in was nicely furnished with a lovely large bathroom. There were 2 larger armchairs which were a bit out of place but other than that the room was fine. Breakfast was excellent with options of fruit and cereal. We also had a nice drink in the...

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here last weekend. It's a charming well thought out B&B, but if you have difficulty with stairs try to make sure you get a room on the 1st floor. We had room 6 on the top floor that has a great view over Bath. The ensuite is reached by a corridor...

arrived at the Astor to a very sweet welcome note on the door and showed myself to my room. Found that to be a very honest and trusting way and meant the owners can still get out and about. I wasn't once asked for my booking reservation it was all very easy. I was in room 3 which was beautifully...

I booked 2 nights in this "4 stars" B&B via Visit Bath website. I did print my booking and even called this establishment in the morning. It seemed that I spoke to one of its owner.... and she was in town, so she could not check her bookings. However, she told me that was my booking was an online one...
