Staff were really helpfull, the food was lovely and the rooms were a good standard. Wish i could stay longer to explore Bath which looks like it's not far from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday trip and we were not disappointed, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the food was good and the rooms were excellent! The beds were beyond comfortable and so big that it felt like I had it all to myself. Everything was clean and in great condition. The breakfast we had included...

We understand that Bailbrook House Hotel has recently undergone a substantial make-over, and it shows. And, if nice comfortable modern facilities in a lovely setting fairly near to Bath is not enough, there's always the award winning Cloisters Restaurant for a spot of fine dining, which is exactly what you get, with food prepared by people that obviously know how...

If you don't mind walking Bailbrook House is perfectly located to take in Bath. It is a pleasant canal side walk or a river boat trip into central Bath (weather permitting of course) and the friendly staff are on hand to offer directions and timetables. The House is a good example of the period and has an interesting history. Apart...

Amazing place beautiful gardens lovely rooms out of the city so nice and quiet the staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, can be a bit of a trek to get to the standard rooms. The bar is well equipped but a little pricey. Overall I will be returning to this hotel

A beautiful hotel set in impressive grounds about 30 minuets walk from the centre of Bath, the check-in was a pleasure with friendly and courteous staff and the special mention should be given to the concierge who was very friendly and informative and was able to provide a huge about of local information. The room was spacious, the bedroom and...

Our two night stay here whilst visiting Bath could not have been better. Excellent accommodation, service and food and located a short distance away from the busyness of the city centre, with peaceful surroundings. Would recommend to anyone planning a visit to Bath to stay here.

Had a nice 1-night stay in Bath - very convenient location. Bus stop very closeby to get into Bath. Service throughout was good and staff very friendly. Great breakfast service - better than we've had at some 5* hotels recently. Only negatives were the bedroom - was quite dark even with all the lights on / curtains open. Water pressure...

It was a lovely hotel, but expected a larger executive room for the price. Great for business though. Was a 40 minute walk into the city, take the scenic route along the canal, not the busy A4. Not sure I would return due to the price.

Clean, comfortable and good food. Good service. All combined to make a most enjoyable two night break. Service was efficient and attentive. All staff were friendly, but we could have done with some help with our cases. However, when we did meet up with the concierge, he offered help immediately.
