We stayed for two nights and are pleased with the location, it was far enough from town to not hear the noise from the night life but close enough to take a short 5 minute walk into the town/station. When we first arrived we worried the noise from the road outside may annoy us but it didn't as the windows...

Stayed just one night. Easy 10 minute walk to Roman baths and other attractions in a lovely city. Excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful host. If I'm picky my only complaint would be the weak water pressure in shower in room number 2.

We have just enjoyed an overnight visit to Bath, staying at the Bay Tree House B&B. Our room was at the rear of the property which was very quiet both day and night, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. Louise, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely...

So, wasn't a bargain, that I will be say. Room was ensuite and the room wasn't that big but what it was is that it was so clean, breakfast was amazing and included in the price and all the little things were thought of. The location from the city centre was fab (easy walking distance) and parking is free when...

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Bay Tree House for NYE. We stayed in the apartment, which was fantastic. We had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, comfortable and warm. Communication was very good- we received clear information about our stay prior to arriving, and the owner (and another lady we met) were very...

Stayed here for 3 nights for our 10 year anniversary. We stayed in the room on the ground floor which was great. Perfectly sized, great decor, everything you will need. Comfortable beds and a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Breakfast was excellent, loads of options as well if you don't want the full English (why wouldn't you though!)...

Hostess makes you truly feel home. Seems a bit far on a map, but in fact less than 10' from center, and with good fish&chips and many pubs around. Good breakfast coming with fresh fruits (a treat, as this is something you don't get in retaurants & pubs)

This is a small and what appeared to be a privately owned hotel. The room was lovely, spacious, well decorated and had good facilities. It also had a wardrobe/cupboard, complete with tray for any dirty shoes! and a lovely en-suite shower room. Tea and Coffee making facilities were provided in the room - with a comprehensive selection of teas! Also...

Friendly, well equipped, clean and pleasant. Thoughtful details - eg a fridge for guests to use, with little flasks to take fresh milk to our room. An excellent breakfast in a nice dining room. Good local information from our host.
