Stayed here by myself 1 night and i didnt arrive properly till midnight and gone first thing in morning. Bed was comfortable especially for a bunk bed. It was nice to know there was a coded door so i felt secure. Toilets were not too far away and they were pleasantly clean. There was lockers in the room but i...

Lack of cleaniless, toilettes filthy. Showers are down the hell... You have to walk above the last floor for a shower. It has four floors, and just one bunch of showers... No lift, disabled people forgotten. Rooms were not too bad (regarding cleaniless) but the noise was awful. The only good thing, the good location, that is all. I would...

I stayed here 1 night with a friend. The staff were friendly and allowed us to store our bags before check in and the following day after we checked out. The actual rooms were very small and had no toilet on the floor, the beds and pillow were super uncomfortable. The WiFi majority of the time didn't work and to...

I went to bath with 3 friends on a night out and got there about half 9/10ish. Beds were comfy, the place was clean and we were next to the toilet which was small but did the job. Didn't use the showers so couldn't comment. There was a few noises in the morning but nothing major. Lovely location!!! We went...

We went on holiday. This is the worst hostal I have ever been, and I have been in loads. First time we arrive there was a drunk man that opened us the door. We went upstairs and the steps and doors were dirty, the light of the toilet did not work and there was no paper. There is only one...

Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel a booking for April, I accepted that I needed to pay 15% of the booking cost however was charged the full amount. When I tried to discuss this with them, the manager was initially directing his staff to give me the wrong information in the background, then when he spoke to me...

What can you expect for £20/night? The beds were clean, although the duvets were small and pillows almost non-existent. The showers weren't nearly as bad as posted on other reviews. No frills, but I was able to wash myself in privacy so job done. Bit strange that they were in the basement and disconcerting that they were next to a...

I stayed here for a night only because all other hostels were fully booked. There was nobody on reception and despite ringing the buzzer, I waited for 5 minutes. My dorm was on the top floor and the only shower facilities were in the basement. There was no hot water and the shower cubicles were in need of a good...

I only stayed there one night during boxing day, It was cheap and quite empty. I did not stay much there as i only needed a place to sleep over the night. overall, i am happy with the £12 i spent there compared to the expensive hotels around Bath. I recommend this place for a short stay holidays.

Thank Mahmoud S
