Henrietta House is perfectly located near the town centre and its one of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I have travelled about a lot and have stayed in a range of places ranging from budget hotels through to world beating hotels. The welcome from Olaf was warm and friendly and most helpful, the rooms were clean and...

We stayed on the second floor of this wonderful old house, which is crammed full of fantastic paintings and furniture. Our room (25) was spacious and comfortable with views on to the street. Location is great - the street is quaint and quiet, but you are only a short hop from the centre. Breakfast is top notch - well stocked...

Very good room, large well equiped with lots of wardrobe space and all the room services you could want. Found breakfast a little strange, seemed very disorganised. Staff very busy but most of what they were doing was totally unnecessary. Very small portions of butter and small teapots which meant they were constantly being asked for refills. But the choice...

Parking is a slight challenge but manageable. Large clean well appointed room. Ours was in the rear of the property and there was zero ambient noise. Extensive breakfast menu -- all of our choices...

The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, splendid. The two men gave us tips of places to visit including Woodhenge and Lacock both of which we would not...

We had Room 4 which is just by the entrance. We did hear some noise but no more than we would have from anyone passing any other room, anyway we weren't disturbed!! The room was better and bigger than some hotels we have stayed in! The breakfast was excellent . Would highly recommend!
