You feel at home the moment you walk through the door. Very friendly staff, a nice room and brilliant location. The real highlight was in the morning, what a breakfast. Great food served by attentive and welcoming staff. You might want to book direct and receive free parking like we did! We will be back.

Great place to stay, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, plenty of choice, freshly cooked to order. Town centre is only a few minutes walk where you will find excelllent shopping, restaurants, pubs and tourist sites. The Roman baths is a must.

As our first trip to Bath and a ling awaited child-free getaway, Henrietta House succeeded in delivering a great location and perfect service. The arrival was pleasant and I was assisted with my bags and directed to the car park they had organised for me. The room was perfect, traditional in appearance and clean with a comfy bed and the...

Great location, just off Pulteney Bridge, although no noise at all from traffic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful home-cooked breakfasts. Made a welcome change from spacious, characterless chain hotels.

We loved this mini-hotel from the moment we booked on hotels.com. The staff sent us an email confirming our reservation and asked if we required any additional info. We requested directions, parking info and let them know what time we'd arrived. When we did arrive, our room was ready they helped us park, brought in our luggage, showed us our...

From the moment you arrive, you feel really looked after. The receptionist was very welcoming and took care of our bags as we charged out to enjoy Bath. On our return we went to the room. The room was attractive and comfortable and had a real tasteful regency feel. The proprietor, Olaf , was extremely friendly and attentive at breakfast,...

Bath is a pricey town for hotels apparently. This hotel is just a short walk from the Roman baths and all of the other sights in town. Parking is tough but for an extra few pounds you can get a street permit. Finding a spot is still tough however. The rooms are modern enough but like most English hotels, the...

My and my partner visited Bath for first time and after long research we book Henrietta House. What a find! Excellent location, great, friendly staff (special mention to Olaf & Agnes) and delicious breakfast. Our small double bedroom was not small at all; we had a bath with shower and enough space for our luggage. Great communication prior to arrival:...
