The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. The only downside is the parking as there are no deals and the parking charges are very high. Only a short stay (4 hours) behind the hotel and the nearest long stay is a 10 min. walk away. We spent a lot on car parking which spoils the good deal...

You may as well pay £80 to store your bags in the room and try and sleep in the street outside as you're about as likely to get any rest there as you are in your room. We were fooled by reasonable prices and an excellent location but our ground floor room meant that it wasn't until gone 3am that...

Staying 1 night midweek in Bath, I chose the Travelodge Bath Central location for its good access to the town centre. The room is clean, spacious, affordable and everything that I require.... HOWEVER, returning to the hotel in the evening (10pm) I discovered that there is a night club that exists beneath the hotel, below street level in a basement....

Stayed here for a family wedding . 2 rooms on the second floor to the rear . We asked for these as there is a nightclub below and it was fine , never heard a thing all night , room was clean and staff pleasant , also very central to Bath , would recommend miller and carter nearby for food...

On arrival there was a family waiting to check in, they told me there was no receptionist. We waited for a few minutes before one appeared but I got the impression they had been waiting a while. The room was tidy but felt unclean - there were stains in the bathroom and the carpet and floors felt grubby. In the...

The only downside is if you have a car. However, you can park (briefly!) outside to unload and get directions to a very large car park. £8.50 for 24 hours is good. The location cannot be beaten. Discounts available for the night club adjacent and the super cafe opposite. All in all, a winner. Paul.

Fantastic location, helpful staff. We had a room at the rear. Next door to vodka revs. Five minutes walk from Bath pump room. Biggest travel lodge room ever. Booked again for next year. No car park attached to hotel but used the recommended car park - Charlotte Street car park. Would even use this car park if going down for...

I booked 3 rooms at the Bath Central Travellodge for my family get together. 2 of the rooms were at the front of the hotel and one at the back. The room my father stayed in was unfortunately close to the airconditioning unit for the restaurant next door and this was a dull drone and was vibrating most of the...
