Only a short 10 minute walk to the center of town and literally around the corner from the beautiful Victoria Park, Royal Crescent and other landmarks. Rooms were small, but very nice and clean. Our room (number 1) had a private bath, but was next door to the room. Hotel is on a main road and with the windows open,...

10 mns walk from Bath city center, we enjoyed the location and the breakfast! The room is big enought for a family of 5 with shower and toilets. The owner are very nice and they gave us plenty of advice for our stay of 2 days in Bath. Wifi in the bedroom

We stayed in this Guest House 1 night.Building is a total disaster. Private parking is for 2 cars so do not make your choice based on offered parking. Room (no.2) is small with tiny bathroom. My husband could not move at all inside. Electric shower works in periods of time: 1 minute hot water, second minute-cold water. You can’t fully...

Stayed here Easter bank holiday weekend, fantastic location - easy 5 minute walk in to the centre of Bath. We had the large family room for 4 of us and it was perfect for what we needed, the bathroom was small but adequate for what we needed - having the sink in the room was defiantly a plus with so...

This is a B&B; Well located, within easy distance of city centre (10mins easy walk). Room very small, no storage space apart from small hanging wardrobe, no drawers, shelves etc. so you live out of your suitcase; mattresses very hard and uncomfortable. If staying request room at back of house! we had a room at the front, which despite double...

Matt and Mary are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent (full English breakfast and yoghurt, Fresh fruit, cereals, etc.). You can reach the main attractions in a 5-minute walk. Private parking available. The big problem is the noise during the night as there is a main road in front of the house with a lot of traffic until midnight...

Parking at rear of building . Five minutes walk from centre of Bath or The Crescent, Very friendly and helpful owners. Thoroughly clean and comfortable bedroom. Breakfast room extremely clean. Fantastic choice of cereals, fresh and dried fruits and yoghurts. Cooked food was delicious and plentiful. Will definitely recommend this to others.

A comfortable double room at back of the house which was quiet. Everything you need with furnishings to fit style of house. Breakfast is great. Convenient location close to everything you'd want to see in Bath. There is parking round the back of the b&b but not necessarily clear which spaces it is on arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Good value offering for a B&B and the breakfast was very nice with hot options made to order. Although not specifically aimed at families with young children (they don't have a high chair for example) they were incredibly accommodating of us and our one year old son and I would certainly be happy to stay there again. There were a...
