We had a one night stay at this hotel and we would recommend it and definitely be back to stay. The service was very good and the breakfast was lovely - including vegetarian sausages which was a delight for me. It is a ten minute walk into town, and has great views of the city centre. Each room has a...

Booked for 2 nights and what a good choice. The staff really are lovely and attentive to your needs, offering you tea or coffee on arrival (even though we were way too early for check in) and giving you info on the local attractions and a map to show you how to walk into the town centre. We made use...

My wife and I stayed here with two of our friends on the 22/08/13. We were greeted warmly by staff who were both informative and friendly and bearing a tray of tea and biscuits, what's not to like? They welcomed us to their hotel and their city and gave me the impression that they took pride in both. The rooms...

Friends and relations arranged for Bed and Breakfast at Oldfields House for my wife and I as a birthday treat. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the staff, with tea/coffee, and a chat about the house and the attractions around Bath City. Our room had a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, very comfortable. It's approx 1mile into...

Stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. Had a lovely welcome from staff who were all very polite & friendly. Room was on the top floor. Very compact but adequate. Breakfast was very nice and very filling. Only a short walk into the city which is ideal. Would definitely recommend.

The bathroom was comapct, but well-equipped with a bath and shower. Breakfasts were lovely and certainly set us up for the day. Service was terrific...

It is a good five minutes' walk to the town proper and the stairs are steep, and since my single room was at the top of the house...
