This is a lovely, welcoming B&B in a super location within walking distance of the centre. It was easy to find and has the added bonus of good on site car parking. The house and gardens look immaculate and our room is (we reluctantly have to go home tomorrow) very comfortable. A fantastic array of options for breakfast, cooked and...

stayed two nights while visiting son at University. wanted somewhere central and not outrageously expensive, car parking is also a bonus. Room had everything you'd need for comfortable visit, very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice. Although main rail line runs immediately behind hotel, we were not disturbed by them at all. Would definitely use again.

We have stayed here about 5 times now. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Car parking is free and hotel is about 10 minutes walk into town, so perfect location. Breakfast in a lovely room, extensive menu, great quality, and lovely service. Only minor issue are the showers, not consistent in temperature or flow. Not stopped us returning...

I had their Full English breakfast and it is so delicious. I can't stress it enough how good their bacon was. It was so filling. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars because...

Very comfortable stay in a larger room by three adults - one queen bed and a single bed, with lots of room for sitting. Period room decor enhances the Bath experience. Breakfasts to order were outstanding - choice of various egg dishes, English breakfast, porridge. Staff was very friendly. Location is convenient; a few blocks pleasant walk to city center.

Pulteney House [we had four poster room 5] exceeded our expectations. My wife and I loved the historical atmosphere, period decor, attention to detail, the friendly staff, and the excellent breakfast. Choose Pulteney House because: - Literally 10 minutes walk' via North Parade to tourist info in heart of Bath and 13 minutes's walk to Thermae Bath Spa [Highly recommended]...
