Good location within walking distance of all that Bath has to offer: the Abbey, Roman baths and definitely shopping. Comfortable rooms, a good bar and excellent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Yes it does but all the time we were there it was not working. They did carry our bags up and back again. A vague offer of a room change was made but we did not push it but that was before we saw the stairs. If offered a room change when there is no lift I would advise a room change if you are on the top floor as these stairs are not like normal stairs more like light house stairs.
