The Hotel and facilities were excellent as was the staff of which there were plenty. Restaurant, Menu, Food and Wine were really very good. Lovely gardens, most enjoyable to wander round. Did not use the Spa facilities.

We stayed for one night only and wish it could have been longer. I was very tempted to see if we could stay a further night when we saw the lovely garden and terrace which was tempting for an afternoon drink and game of croquet....More

Have always wanted to stay here and we were not disappointed excellent hotel in a good location for Bath very comfortable. Service and food excellent gardens are lovely. About a 20minute walk into Bath thro Victoria Gardens past the crescent which are lovely.

Yes but not at all times, can't recall the times though but it's like 2hrs in the morning and the afternoon

Yes it does, at the side of the pool, plus a steam room, but, when we stayed, the steam room was not in use. It would be lovely to use the pool in the Summer, as doors open off to a small patio area. Plus, an outside pool in... More
