Hotel was nice but not our cup of tea. Had to prompt staff to receive our bottle of Prosecco which was retrieved from the boot of a car. No glassware in room to use even for brushing teeth. Also, never been charged to use the hotel car park before. Stay left much to be desired.

We appreciate your comments and have taken them all into consideration. Your free bottle of prosecco was not retrieved from the boot of a car, but from our liquor store, which is separate from the main building. We had to go outside to get it. All rooms have glasses, which are in the bathroom cabinets. Your reservation did not include...

Very comfortable bedroom , although walls a little thin for my husband. Very helpful staff. Fresh milk alway available which was lovely. Enjoyed free range food at breakfast and luggage arrangements to get it to us in town was very successful. Please though can you fix the slate step at the bottom of the garden.

Thank you for taking the time to review your time at Tasburgh House. I hope you both got home safely. We hope to be able to welcome you both back one day. Thank you for raising the issue about the step, it was re-cemented and fixed later that day. It's a shame you didn't mention it when you checked out....

My husband and I stayed at the Tasburgh House for two nights with our young daughters. It was our first time in England and what a perfect choice after a long overnight flight and train ride. Sue welcomed us into the house to take a load off and freshen up even though we arrived before check-in. The house is stunning,...

This was our second visit, the hotel gives a lovely warm welcome. The rooms are lovely and food excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed a lovely glass of wine in the lounge after the race. Previously the owners kindly checked restaurant bookings for us and booked restaurants on our behalf. Will definitely book to stay again for next years...

Stayed here due to taking part in the half marathon. Beautiful setting looking over Bath and the canal. Parking with car park outside the hotel - really handy. Rooms very comfortable. Walk around the garden and down to the canal is quite special too.

We visited Bath for anniversary and stayed 2 nights at Tasburgh House. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble and the hotel room was fantastic. We had the Elliott room which was 'vintage victoriana' which was lovely. We ate in the restaurant one of the evenings and the meal was superb. When we were...
