You won me over with all your fine artwoork! Our room was really on the small side, but everything else was fine. The bathrom was fresh and new. On the downside; the wine in the bar was a bit expensive, and the breakfast too. But not to worry, it is easy to find your breakfast right across the street from...

Came here for a reception and wedding breakfast. Very professional staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The meal was in a private dining room and the food was excellent. The waiters were very friendly and interacted well with the whole group, which added to the occasion. Afterwards, we sat at the front of the hotel and had a most...

Nice contemporary hotel with great rooms and a beautiful bar along with an outdoor seating area in the square in front of the hotel. Parking not an issue - just needs a little pre thought! Good breakfast. Check-in and check-out overrun and rooms not ready in time spoiled an otherwise excellent trip.

As a fan of boutique hotels this one hits the mark. Our small room is well designed and functional. Good size bed and very comfortable. Generous bathroom. Top location. Lots of character. Plenty of nearby cafes and close to the roman baths and thermae spa.

Arrived at the Abbey Hotel and was greeted by the friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We returned in the evening to host an after party and again all the team looked after us very well. We partied into the night, delicious snacks and great cocktails were provided and we were made to feel very welcome. Lots of benefits...

I was a bit concerned about what the room would be like as I had gone for the cheapest rate and therefore expected something quite basic. However, I was very pleased to find that our room had recently been refurbished to a very high standard, particularly the shower-room, which had been decorated in a very funky style. We had a...

When we arrived, we got a room upgrade. Location is great, Roman baths and Bath Abbey are just around the corner. Did not eat in hotel, so can't comment on that, plenty of cafes, tearooms, bars and restaurants minutes walk from hotel. Room was good, comfortable, however a little tired in places. Walls could do with repaint. Bathroom could do...

Excellent location- easy to walk almost everywhere in Bath from here. Beautiful bathrooms. A nice feature is the outdoor "pop-up" lounge. Perfect for people watching while having morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Minor drawback to your stay will be if the weather is hot and you want to keep your windows open- (no air conditioning) - loud...

Booked the hotel last minute and got a good deal in price. Hotel was easy to find and in the middle or everything, such a good location. The downfall was that there was no parking and so had to park in a car park down the road which was quite expensive as you could only pay for 12 hours at...

This boutique luxury hotel is located at the junction of a tour bus drop off, the Avon River and several tourist streets. But, it manages to keep its cool in terms of efficient service and quirky individuality. My room was on the top floor in the back, so it was quiet enough (save for the seagull's yapping). Don't know what...
