Breakfast of champions, an actual choice of coffee centrally located, great room. Seagulls were a bit noisy but that's just bath! Great choice, would revisit in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for one night in August on our way down to Cornwall as a break. I completely agree with all the other reviews below. We got a free upgrade and both the owners couldn't do enough to help. Room was lovely (room 2 - The Floral Room). Location was excellent right near the town centre but In a lovely...

This hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious - had the full English first morning and an omlette the second day. There was also a choice of cereals, fresh fruit, figs, prunes, grapefruit, fruit juices, teas and coffees as well as a more detailed breakfast menu. Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors. They helped with luggage, they were...

Delightful! It was our first anniversary and we given a complimentary bottle of bubbly on our arrival which was totally unexpected and really wowed us. Everything the reviews said are true - the owners were great, the breakfasts were superb and the room was very nice. We can make a few comments to help future guests but they were not...

I stayed here a couple of days at the end of July 2012. The hotel is incredibly charming, clean and well managed. The location is superb. Within walking distance to all the sights. The owners went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. The service here is better than anything I've ever experienced, very...

Even though our stay at the Kennard was this past June, I would be remiss if I did not add my vote for a great place to stay. If there were more than five stars, I would use them. Giovanni and Mary did an awesome job making us welcome. They did an awesome job with breakfasts, delicious and plentiful. Giovanni...

We stayed for two nights in early June. The location could not be better: a quiet street just a five minute walk to the center of town. My traveling companion and I opted for singles. These are on the 2nd and 3rd floor and face the garden. Singles are smaller and more plainly furnished than the doubles but adequately furnished...

This hotel is very well finished and only a short walk from Bath centre. The rooms are well fitted out and you get free parking on the nearby road. The breakfast is exceptional and the owners are kind, friendly and very accomodating. A real find in Bath!
