2 meals for £8.50. It was served within 15 mins and was piping hot. Tasted lovely. Great atmosphere. Child friendly. Cheap drinks also. Would recommend to a friend. Would definitely go ago. Great little find in the centre of town

The hotel is part of a beautiful Bath terrace. Very close to the centre and that is its main selling point. In our opinion it was overpriced for what was on offer but maybe we picked a popular weekend which pushed the prices up. Staff were friendly and continental breakfast was ok. The bath towels were way too small but...

The room was lovely, great service from the staff and only about 3 minute walk into the main town. We had restaurant recommendations every day of which we tried two restaurants and they were brilliant. Only negative was the fact we were on the top floor which equated to about 6 flights of steps up and down and we were...

A great little hotel in a central position. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean with a good bathroom, plenty of hot water and good towels. Hairdryer provided (a must have). The included breakfast was sufficient for us so we didn't try the cooked version. Would definately stay there again.

Our family stayed in Windsor, the room with a four-poster bed facing Great Pulteney Street and Abbey, the rear facing 3-bed room. Windsor's decor is traditional whereas Abbey's decor is more modern. The location is great, it is 5 minutes walk from Pulteney bridge. However, as it is a Georgian townhouse, it does not have a lift. So, do bear...

Excellent location, fantastic room with very nice view (Best Victoria Room), professional reception desk. We really enjoyed our staying. The continental breakfast included in the room rate should be improved.

I was staying here on business & went down for breakfast at 7.50. I ordered smoked salmon & scrambled eggs. Nothing appeared by 8.20 so I asked when this was coming & was told soon. About 8.25 I noticed 1 of the servers coming in with her coat on - she had been out to buy eggs as they had...

We stayed in The Windsor recently and had a nice stay. The room was really spacious with our own courtyard garden and an enormous bed. The building is beautiful and the room was tastefully done and the location is amazing, super close to the hustle and bustle but actually very quiet and residential. We did have a couple of issues...

Working the next day in Bradford on Avon, the Windsor offered a good deal at short notice. Close to city centre and walking distance to all the pubs, restaurants and attractions. On arrival we found our request for a twin room had been overlooked- the delightful Claire moved us into an absolutely HUGE room with 2 double beds, 2 tvs,...

Even before we arrived we were sent information on things to see and some recommended places to eat in Bath. We were also given options of arrival gifts, although we did not take those up. On arrival, finding the guesthouse and parking were very easy. We went in and collected parking permit, as advised beforehand, and checked in. We felt...
