Only steps away from Pultney Bridge, the Windsor was really convenient. Very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Room was small but comfortable. Old fashioned furnishings fit the style of the house. View was into neighboring very pretty back gardens, and it was pleasant to open window and enjoy the cool breezes and view. Really lovely dining room for a...

I needed a room for one night, just for me. Unusual to find a single room these days, so delighted to find this one in such a convenient place. The room was up lots of stairs, though, so not for those who would find that a challenge. The room was small but efficiently furnished, so perfectly adequate and comfortable. Staff...

Really a glorified b&b than a hotel. Nice clean rooms with excellent location for town centre shops and attractions. Rooms very small with a touch of faded grandeur. Very glad I got a good offer on booking as certainly not value for money at the full room rate. Parking is on street do be warned. Not at all accessible for...

We recently visited Bath and were wowed from the moment we stepped into The Windsor. Freya was very welcome and put us at easy straight away with her friendly approach and helpful suggestions. Freya checked us in and then took us to our room, where she showed us where to find everything we needed. The rooms are comfortable and had...

Lovely big family room for the 5 of us, nice and close to the town centre. Friendly staff who run a bar in the evening for weary parents. Lovely breakfast room - lots of choice - would recommend for a cheap stay.

Very expensive never a 5 star room very tired in need of decoration. Shower sealent hanging off so water goes all over floor no shower mat after asking still did not get one. Expected a cooked breakfast for the cost but only continental. Only plus ideal location for city.

I thought this hotel would be lovely and the building itself was. Our room however was so small it should only be for a single occupancy even though it had a double bed. On one side, there was only about a foot between the bed and the wall, at the bottom of the bed maybe two foot. We have never...

This B&B is in a beautiful old Georgian building on a wide street near the centre of Bath. On street parking is available but can be very difficult to get during the day. The hotel provides reasonably priced parking vouchers. Why disappointing? Not because of the staff who were friendly, professional and really keen to make our stay comfortable. The...

a two night stay blighted by heavy fall as i entered reception, bruising and shock meant cancelled second night. NO concern once led to room. More importantly no incident/accident record made. Final straw NO response to a measured careful letter praising the good/ itemising the bad, suggesting possible partial refund. An acknowledgement would have been courteous? NO response to follow...
