Positives - location between Cresent and Royal Cresent - lots of character - host couple were lovely - room very comfortable - slept really well - clean Negatives - breakfast very very disappointing, only got one egg, poor quality of meat and smoked salmon - host didn't ask if we tea or toast - ask what floor your room is...

Room #4: Internet not available in the room, TV and remote are trash, Toilet tank leaks, Over $200 (including VAT) per night for a routine room, Charges additional 5% for credit card payment, Caretakers do their best, but owners not on site leads to poor maintenance.

This beautiful and inviting Georgian town house is fill of character and charm, which matches the hospitality and warmth of people running it. The freshly cooked English breakfast was prepared and served with attention to presentation and tastefulness in an elegant dining room. Had a lovely 2 night break as a Birthday surprise from my wife . The house is in great location with a short walk to the city centre . Breakfast was very good with plenty of toast and tea . Pleasant , relaxing stay.

Brocks Guest House is in a good location within walking distance to most know places of interest. The house itself is nice but our stay was sadly let down by the overall poor standard of accommodation. The whole place is getting a little tatty and needs cleaning and updating. Stayed here for one night last weekend with my Mum. The location is perfect for exploring Bath. On arrival we were met by a very friendly lady who made us feel welcome.
