I stayed at Brocks Guest House on my first trip to Bath. It was just wonderful. The room was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable, very up to date and yet incredibly classic. Rachel and Karen cook the most delicious full English this side of the Avon and keep a very beautiful establishment. I would recommend Brocks without question for any length... More

The hotel was fab for our needs, our room was compact but adequate, with lovely views over Bath which lifted my spirits every time I peered out! The service from Karen and Rachael was outstanding, taking the time to remember your breakfast order and greet us with a happy demeanour each time we passed them. The room itself was all... More

A warm welcome on arrival. We stayed in room 3, bright, spacious and very clean. Excellent location for Bath centre. Lots of visitor information available. Karen, Rachel and staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here at the weekend for a wedding. The B&B was very clean. We had a large family room on the top floor which was really nice but it is up a few floors so as long as you don't have any injuries it won't be a problem. The breakfast was really nice. For the price I would stay... More

We had the family room on the top floor of the guest house. The room easily accommodated a large bed and two single beds; the bathroom was also spacious. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We had to leave early the next morning, but the staff worked with us to get us an early breakfast before we... More

We stayed in Room 3 which is a very large room on the 2nd floor. The room is huge with both a sofa bed and 2 chairs with a table between. Since we stayed for several nights all the space was really appreciated. The bathroom is also large and bright. The location, between and Crescent and Circle, is mostly residential... More

Like a boutique hotel. Felt like a special different experience. Lovely décor and comfort. Great staff. Breakfast as good as major international hotels. Central and in the heart of regency Bath. Must go again.

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights last week. The location is excellent as very close to all places of interest in Bath, yet is very quiet location. Our room was at the back of the house, very pleasantly decorated and very clean. Could not fault the service. Rachel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with several... More

What a delightful time we had with "Ian" the innkeeper. The location is perfect, with a lovely little restaurant right next door, which was perfect for two weary travelers who had been on plane and train for last 15 hours. The room we had was lovely, restful to the eyes, decor attractive, and comfortable. The breakfast? the best we had... More

We stayed at Brock's in September, 2013. The location is very good, only a short walk from the town center and the Roman Baths. Older folks might consider something east or west of the town center. Brock's is north of it and a bit of an uphill walk. It was fine for us. The guest house itself is nice, nothing... More
