There cannot be many sights in England as splendid as The Royal Crescent in Bath and to be able to walk into and stay in the middle of that wonderful scene is a great experience. That there seems no where to park when you arrive is no problem. Give your car keys to one of the concierge team and your...

Whether Celebrating a BIG birthday or a romantic weekend away nothing is too much trouble to arrange for the staff and hotel management. I have even had 70 guests stay for a strategic planning session and the environment mid week was perfect and a wonderful alternative to the more usual large scale corporate venues which are not usually that inspirational....

This is the hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon 40 years ago, although I must say it was very different then and certainly not as exclusive as it is now. Our children and siblings paid for a days stay here recently and we were blown away with the standard. From the gentleman who attends to you at the front...

Very nice venue and close to bath town centre. Nice rooms, excellent Porter service, nice breakfast. Only criticism was we had to wait 50odd minutes for breakfast in the morning cos they forgot to place our order in the kitchen and the liqueur coffee which I ordered after dinner cost me £15. £15 I thought that was ridiculous for a...

Thank you for your review. We would like to apologise most sincerely for the delay you experienced at breakfast. Unfortunately, we have no record of this being mentioned at the time which would have given us the opportunity to offer something to ensure a more positive experience. Our liqueur coffees are classed as cocktails and are therefore priced the same...

The champagne afternoon tea at The Royal Crescent Hotel &Spa was a retirement gift from the company I had just left. I phoned ahead to make a reservation as requested, on arriving at the hotel we were greeted at reception and directed to the the dining room. Although we were a little early Sona took us to our table. The...

We decided to try the Royal Crescent for our annual shopping and and spa trip to Bath and we enjoyed the whole experience barring one or two minor issues. Our room on the ground floor was spacious and characterful and I liked not having to ask to be given a tea tray. We stayed during torrential downpours and we did...

We were staying in bath for a relaxing weekend at a different hotel, however our spa was being refurbished, so we were recommended to come here for our treatments. We were welcomed warmly by the staff and shown down to the spa. The staff were very attentive and the waiting room was clean, light and airy. The changing rooms were...
