This is an attractive hotel where the staff are helpful and attentive. We paid for parking which is half price if you book directly. We were given a room upgrade which gave us a slightly bigger room. There was no tea and coffee provided in the room. I was aware of this from previous reviews, but knew that this was...

We stayed for three nights and found this hotel to be very comfortable and friendly. Our room (with King bed) was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would return if the occasion presents itself.

I was really disappointed with our stay at The Queensbury. The hotel is tired and the carpets in the main areas need replacing as they are threadbare and not in a good way. There is no atmosphere whatsoever; the hotel bar was empty over the two nights we stayed. The reception was pretty much a makeshift shelf. Our room was...

We arrived to a complimentary upgrade and VIP status which gave money off at The Olive Tree, the in house Restaurant, unfortunately it was closed due to staff holidays which was a tad disappointing as we weren't told this when we booked, however, it did mean we got the opportunity to sample some of bath's many excellent eateries instead! The...

Really enjoyed our recent stay at the Queensbury. Went for my boyfriends birthday and got a complimentary room upgrade. The service is incredible and the staff were really friendly. The hotel itself is a really cute townhouse with a drawing room with free tea and coffee, a cute bar and garden and the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and well...

A two day stay and a fantastic time with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere, a few minutes stroll from all the bars shops and restaurants, we would definitely come back again.Lots of bar and restaurants to choose from with in walking distance. The Roman Baths were a lovely morning out.

Booked directly with the hotel over the phone which was very straight forward and in fact we got special privileges for doing so including bottle of fizz, late check out and reduced rate on valet parking. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff were all lovely and the bedroom, bar and lounge areas were very comfortable...

This hotel is made up of four row houses that were connected over time - as such there is a quirky maze of staircases throughout the property that add to its charm. All the staff was lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed sitting in the bar having cocktails one afternoon and, although we did not sit outside, the back patio was...

We stayed in this hotel for two nights as a last minute getaway. When we arrived we were greeted at the front entrance by a friendly lad who carried our bags inside, all staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room we booked was small as this was the only one left on the site but was...

we recently stayed there for one night and had excellent service from the minute we arrived. The staff were charming and very helpful. The location is ideal for a stroll into the town and the Olive tree restaurant within the hotel was also excellent. Our room was cosy and comfortable with everything one needed. I would have preferred tea/coffee making...
