This was our first B & B in England and the best one we stayed at during our three week stay in the United Kingdom. Our room was tastefully decorated with a contemporary decor and offered really nice extras such as body wash, cotton balls and facial wipes. The B & B is conveniently located on a bus route and...

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend; the B&B was beautiful. A house I would love. Dawn was lovely, the breakfast was not what I expected but only because you get used to having a full english offered. I thought it was a great breakfast very healthy and my son (7yr old) enjoyed cereal, eggs and croissant. I like...

We've stayed for 3 nights at this really beautiful B&B, well kept and not too far from the city center. Our ensuite room was clean and cosy, and breakfast excellent and with a lot of choice (tea, coffee, juice, bread, croissants, jam, cheese, yogurth, cereals, berries, salami and ham). Dawn is really helpful and kind. Only negative thing: rooms not...

I find it hard to believe the negative comments I have read on here, we have stayed at the Firs on many occassions and will continue to do so. The house is lovely, and always spotlessly clean, Dawn the owner is friendly and will always ensure that you have everything you need. As for the breakfast it states quiet clearly...

We stay at the Firs on a regular basis and find this B & B of a very high standard. Its ideally located with the bus route taking you in to the city centre or a further option is an idilyic walk thought the park. Dawn is a warm, friendly and helpful host and the continental breakfast is plentiful offering...

My bf and I stayed for 3 nights to visit bath. The location was nice, we were right by a bus stop which took us into bath city centre in no time. The room we had was lovely. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! However I have to agree with other guests, the walls...

It is a house of nightmares. You are not welcome, you are just a guest who pays. Don't expect any genuine warmth from Dawn, the owner. She only makes the absolute minimum effort. The breakfast is terrible and the walls are thin, there is no privacy whatsoever. Our room smelled like a toilet, had to have the window open at...

All of our guests are welcome in our bed and breakfast which is also our family home. We do try to keep our guests happy and respond to their needs during their stay. We offer a full continental breakfast with fresh bread and croissants from the local bakery and any choice of eggs cooked on the Aga in our farmhouse...

Not a lot to recommend. Breakfast was very dissapointing, just toast. The B&B is situated in between a multilane street and a roundabout, so the noise was annoying. The owner is not really interrested in befriending her guests but the rooms are simple but nice. Resume: overpriced.........................
