This is a true B&B - the first one I've stayed in that feels like a family home rather than a small hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt like staying with distant relatives - we received a warm welcome from Anthony and we chatted about what to do in Bath. The ground floor is mostly for the family's...

Having finally found a date to go we arranged our booking with Anthony. No problems what-so-ever. We were going to arrive late, so he gave us an extra number to...

Just returned from a stay at this lovely B&B in Bath. Beautifully kept period house with great views and a fantastic host in Anthony. Comfy, clean rooms and a really tasty breakfast too. Next time we're in Bath, we will definitely stay here again.

What an absolutely perfect place to stay when visiting Bath. Anthony is a very friendly, jolly chap and nothing is too much trouble. Just the two rooms which are clean, spacious and comfortable. Generous breakfast cooked to perfection.

We have just stayed 3 nights at Beckford House. It was all we could have wanted. Clean large room, complimentary WIFI and parking, with Anthony being an excellent host. With a short walk to town or there is a frequent bus service which runs weekdays & weekends.

Anthony is the true Mr Darcy......he is a true gentleman and so very informative about the history of Bath and surrounds. The only problem was...........we did not want to leave Beckford House, and what an amazing opportunity to stay in such a beautiful...

We had a truly lovely time in Bath, lots to see and do. The icing on the cake was Beckford House and our host Anthony. Such a lovely man and such a warm welcome, he took us for a tour and showed us a fantastic panoramic view of Bath. My request for a vegan breakfast was no problem and out...
