A lovely place to stay near the centre of Bath with many restaurants and attractions nearby. Excellent hosts in Henry and Ian (although we all know Biggles their dog is in charge) for which nothing seemed to much trouble. Lovely breakfasts with the homemade compotes far too moreish. The room is beautifully appointed with a huge bathroom and if the...

Excellent b and b, centrally located in Bath. It was possible to walk to all central attractions, shops, etc. Henry and Ian were the most charming and knowleeable hosts. The room was large and the bathroom larger! Breakfasts are delicious, the most wonderful compotes with fruit from the allotment and beautifully cooked English breakfast - we loved it.

We loved this guest house. The couple who owned the B&B were fun, interesting and accommodating. We had home made preserves, muesli and berry compote with what my daughter felt the best scrambled eggs "ever" for breakfast. The bedroom was picture perfect with a beautiful garden outside. Henry gave us a bit of a tour on the Saturday up to...

My partner's mother gave us two nights in this centrally located B&B in Bath. Friends of mine stay there every year for the Christmas markets so we knew we were in for a treat. The downstairs room is large and french doors lead out to a beautiful private town garden scented with jasmine in May. The room itself is filled...

This is our 3rd stay with Ian and Henry and each time everything was perfect. I really can't praise them enough, they both make our stay a delight. The location is fantastic, close to the centre without being noisy, the room is huge and tastefully decorated, the bathroom (also huge) has everything you could possibly need. Henry cooks the best...

Ian and Henry have a fantastic eye for detail. They have genuinely thought of everything you could possibly need, with a real feeling of generosity. For example, it's not just a token effort on the in-room tea and coffee facilities, but a really impressive selection of teas, coffee, biscuits to cater for all tastes. It's not just shampoo and soap...

Although Henry and Ian have been doing B&B for quite a few years, you'd never think it as their enthusiasm, interest in talking to their guests and attention to detail is so fresh. The accommodation was lovely - big bedroom and bathroom but best of all on the hottest days this summer was being able to open the door and...

We just spent 2 nights in this wonderful unique bed and breakfast run by the dynamic duo Ian and Henry. It was such a wonderful oasis right on one of the most beautiful streets in Bath. Ian and Henry were extremely knowledgeable, generous and kind with great sense of humour. We really enjoyed our our conversations with them. The room...

Spent three nights here in early May 2013. The location is terrific and the room lovely with a big bathroom and direct access to a sweet garden. Terrific hosts and a great breakfast. Nearby are some really good restaurants and the river is just a hop, skip and a jump away

We have stayed at this lovely home twice. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. It is nice to have such thought put into ones comfort. It is about the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Fabulous breakfast and attention to detail. Don't stay anywhere else in Bath!

“There is only one room with its own enormous bathroom and use of a fridge in the kitchen outside. It's so lovely, you really must book well in advance as Ian and Henry have lots of regulars. We loved the central location.”
