This bed and breakfast is one of the best I've been to. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful owners and staff. You can walk into Ludlow on nice night. Lovely dark sky on a clear night for star gazing. Our room had great views and old beams.

Me and my wife stopped here in February half term 2017, a little late in writing this review. Stephen and Barbara are a lovely couple and run a great cosy friendly establishment. Breakfast was one of the finest I've had. They made an effort to talk to us and recommend things to do in the Ludlow area. You may not...

Just stayed for 2 nights in Fairway 2. Lovely, large en-suite room, clean and comfortable. Slightly creaky floors and bed, but characterful. Friendly welcome from our hosts and a fab breakfast. Nice walk into Ludlow took about 25 mins (decent pace). Would definately stay again if visiting the area.

Thank you for your review, I'm glad you had a nice stay with us and I think "characterful" sums up both everyone here and building very well :)

Breakfast was brilliant. Staff very nice. Rooms very clean and extremely nice. We all loved it. Rooms a little noisy. Pipes in one room made noise all night. But still had a great time. Parking very good. Close enough to walk to town, but a good 40min walk. Golf course closed. Parking very good.

Old fashioned. Pine furniture. Ambience of an old caravan. Towels like sandpaper. Unless this place is refurbished they are going to lose trade big time. Wouldn't return or recommend. Could be a lot better.

In reply to your review can I point out we are a grade 2 listed establishment with a wealth of exposed beams so white flat packed furniture would not suit the rooms. We apologise if you were unhappy with the towels which would have been changed if you had brought it to are attention at the time. We are confused...
