Great little B&B, exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were welcomed with coffee and mince pie and Pat was warm and friendly. She shared great recommendations for places to eat in Ludlow. Rooms are clean and welcoming and have all you need, free WiFi available. Breakfast is great, best scrambled eggs!!! Easy to walk into the centre of Ludlow. Highly...

Looking for a break away from city life we came across this great B&B on TripAdvisor and after reading the glowing reports from previous contributors thought we would give it a try. Believe me we were not disappointed. Jan and Fred are the perfect mine hosts. Tea and biscuits were served on arrival and then we were shown up to...

This is a traditional bed and breakfast with a personal touch. The location is rural and about a mile outside the town of Ludlow. The walk into the town centre takes about 20 minutes and is a pleasant walk. Our bedroom was spotless and tastefully decorated, in fact the whole property was gorgeous and is a credit to the owners....

Set back from the A4117 and about a mile from the centre of Ludlow, is a delightful bed and breakfast ‘home away from home’ with ample car parking space . It is run by Jan and Fred who, six years ago, took over and revitalised an earlier version. They provide a warm, caring, welcome to their spotlessly clean and well...

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Nelson Cottage. Easy to find with off-road parking. Our room was very clean with a view of the countryside. Jan & Fred were friendly, offering a good breakfast to start the day and very helpful regarding places to eat and to visit. Thoroughly recommend.

The welcome was good. Overpriced, for what it is; furniture and decor out of date, quite 1980s pine. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Carpet on bathroom floor. Shower had very poor flow and pressure, bath ok. Sink plug had black underneath. Tired looking fittings eg shower cubicle.Towels horrible artificial camping towels in orange; not cotton, no absorbency. Heating not on. Cramped...

I'm really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay, SussexBalancer.
