    Great central location.

    Good location for town and the tram to get around Sheffield. Decent breakfast. We used the pull out settee as 2 single friends. Warm welcome from reception. Only downside is the Pillows could be softer for a 5 star sleep.

    Helpful staff and great place to organise event

    Had our ball event here. The staff Amalia and Sian were really helpful throughout the whole organising process. Wide range of food selection and possible arrangement for any dietary requirements. Attentive waiters during the event. amazing services

    4 star???? Really????

    Ridiculously overpriced for a 1980’s style travel motel. Impersonal staff, rooms need a serious upgrade, thin towels, and quite generally didn’t much enjoy spending £160 for one night. Breakfast is £11 each if pre booked but not half as good as a premier inn breakfast!...More

    Needs a revamp!

    I've stayed at many Novotels in the past and was really disappointed with this one. The room was grubby with a very hard bed. Nowhere near the standard of other Novotels. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful which is why it gets some...More

    Nice hotel but bedrooms need a revamp
