Stayed here overnight as a stop over en route to further north. Booked the 4 poster room because why not, it was available. Didn't realise that it was a pub/hotel from Booking.com, but that was fine, the room was large, nice furniture in keeping with...More

Hi Emma, well while we were there only the guests were using the gardens and pavilion area however it is not exclusively for the use by the wedding function as the pub has a wide patio door which anyone can use to gain access to this area. As I say we were there all day and never saw anyone else use the gardens apart from the wedding function. Most other parties appeared to be there for the pub grub which looked to be really good and popular. There is no direct entry to the gardens from the Barn so you would have to use the Car park i'm afraid. Personally if we were to get married again we would'nt hesitate in booking Cubley Hall as the hosts, the food and running of the event was was handled great. Hope this helps. Cheers Paul
