We initially booked this hotel for a week for two work colleagues. They ended up staying for six weeks in total. Nabil and Raza were very helpful ensuring that we had the most economical and comfortable stay. All guest felt well looked after and would recommend to future guests.

I booked this guest house as a last resort because my plans for using a 5 day gym pass for reading festival fell through, I booked/ reserved this hotel room for a week before Reading and it cost me £135 for two nights which is alot of money when you're a student on a budget, although dividing it by the...

My friend and I booked room 5 ( twin room) for the reading festival which was priced at £139 instead of the usual £100 per room. Luckily we weren't planing on staying in it for long. Room was dirty and run down in desperate need of a refurb. The key to the room was very temperamental, which we had a...

I was given a small, single room (No 3) on the ground floor, at the front overlooking the street. It was a bitterly cold night. My bedroom (once I'd turned the thermostatic radiator up) was warm and cosy, but the (tiny) shower/toilet room was like an ice box, with no heating at all. The bed was comfortable and the TV...

The manager was polite and friendly. The en-suite room was quite small, so small that you couldn't open the bathroom door fully because the sink was in the way - a sliding door would have been much more useful. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was a bit grotty and dirty. Bizarrly I was told that breakfast was...

We stayed here for two nights in two rooms, one double and one single. As bed and breakfasts go, it was a little disappointing. The owner was very professional, but the rooms were very noisy. There were children running around upstairs above us at 2am. The maids come around at 10am and knocked. If you don't answer, they let themselves...

Noisy, didn't sleep most of the night. Hot, so had to have the window open and room on road side so heard all the racers going up and down the road all night. TV or person talking all night downstairs. Felt like I needed a good night sleep after staying here. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Room dated...
