I stayed here for 3 nights, the room was very spacious but freezing, it was a particularly cold few days an never seemed to warm up. I had to go buy a little blow heater to make it bearable. Very dated an not worth paying the extra £10 for breakfast. Mr Singh was very polite an helpful. If your looking...

The room was dated but fine, toilet and shower are shared and outside the room. Room had been give a quick clean rather...

No advice on were it is or what time breakfast was. Ask for milk and she moaned and gave ya one small packet. Was told be in by 11 else...

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The good points: The welcome was friendly and helpful. The room was large and airy. The bed linen and towels were clean. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the food perfectly adequate. The not-so-good points: There were no toilets in the rooms. The decor was shabby, tired and somewhat...

I booked a single room and stayed for a night as I was on a course at the university. The lady that attended to me was very helpful when I arrived. I got a room with a wash-basin that could sleep three people comfortably and I was glad that it had most standard facilities of a B&B and they were...

Booked a single room for a family member staying for 1 night, the website says you can arrive from 1pm, i then received a call saying to come at 2pm and then it was changed to 3pm! Room like a box and freezing cold, furniture was blocking the radiator which was supposed to come on at 5pm but didnt! Heating...

Stayed here for two nights. Firstly when we arrived they had not received our booking at first then they did find the booking but they were full, then they decided to give us a room. The room was cold and damp and the duvet covers smelt of sweat! The sheets were clean I'm just not sure they had washed the...

Made a booking and arrived the next day, waited for 15 minutes to be let in and was shown to a very small room (room 2). This was the smallest room I can imagine (with a bed which seemed to be more suitable for a child than an adult size-wise) in any bed and breakfast or guest house and the shared...

Unexpectedly needed to stay in Reading for one night and most places were already full so ended up here. Could be okay, but they didn't have their heating on so the place was chilly. Had to crawl into my own sleeping bag and under their duvet to get warm. Shared bathroom & toilet was a definite minus. But for one...
