This establishment in an ancient building is a tea room downstairs with rooms above reached via courtyard stairs. My room (double with ensuite shower room) was well set up and welcoming, The staff were helpful - including when I inadvertently confused my booking. Breakfast was good but avoid the scrambled eggs which are weird in sight, taste and texture, I...

My third visit and everything was the same as my previous visits. Spotless, Comfortable, proper showers that work!, Fast free wi fi, helpful staff and a terrific breakfast. But this time the room was much more competitively priced to the local market. Room and Breakfast was £80.

We rented 3 rooms for our family of 5. The rooms were comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. The B&B is in town very close to Blenheim Palace, which we toured. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Management was friendly and helpful.

Lovely old converted buttery. Small and cosy very close to Blenheim Palace. To LadyAJH, of course it's dated it's an very old building lol. Good service, fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay

This was an overnight stay on route to the Peak District. It was a very nice room and, most importantly quiet. The bathroom was the only drawback as it was tiny. The breakfast however was delicious and the location perfect

Had a triple room (in the attic so quite a few stairs)Room was clean and warm. Bathrooms could do with a refurbish. Breakfast was excellent and there were good options. Location was very good for Blenheim palace.

Great location and very clean. Staff were also lovely. However, it's quite dated and noisy. I was in room 5 and was woken up by the room above a lot and you can hear people walking about. Wouldn't stay again but not awful. There seemed to be better quality places for the same price.

I stayed for one night. In this lovely B&B. As I had travelled from Yorkshire for a hospital appointment. I looked at several different hotels/B&Bs before booking this one. You're never quite sure whether the pictures you see on websites are truly what the establishment is really like. But I have to say. The pics on this website didn't do...

We stayed one night here, lovely b&b with only 6 rooms. It was lovely and quaint but far from old fashioned! Our room was a good size, nice comfy bed and good facilities. Situated right on the market square in Woodstock, so made it nice and handy for Blenheim Place, which we were visiting. Good breakfast, perfect poached eggs! Parking...
