The hotel style may not be to everyone's taste but the rooms are quiet, clean and warm. Food in the Lebanese restaurant below is great, where breakfast in served until 9.30 am at weekends . Lebanese breakfast is hummus, yoghurt, olives, cucumber, feta cheese and plenty of flat bread or a cooked English with toast. Location is close to town...

Unfortunately I have to write this as I have no answer from the hotel. I booked this to stay for a week at Oxford. The hotel was VERY dirty, there was hair in my sheet and dust all over. The shower doesnt have shampoo and the bathroom is SUPER small. To complement, I was - lucky - in the first...

So this hotel is basically an adjunct to a Lebanese restaurant. One checks in and checks out in the restaurant. Breakfast is served in the restaurant (choice of full English or Lebanese!) and is tasty. Rooms are furnished quirkily but are comfy and clean. They could have done with turning the heating down a few notches but perfectly nice place.

When I booked the hotel, I didn't realise that it's above a Lebanese restaurant that has been on my list of places to try. That meant we had a choice of full English or Lebanese breakfast. The Lebanese option was light and just what we wanted. The room we stayed in had exposed brick wall which gave it a cosy...

This "hotel" is actually rooms above a differently named restaurant so it took a little time to find it. Reception is in the restaurant but we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff. The room was very comfortable and although no great views out the window it had an ensuite bathroom, coffee making facilities, TV and fridge. Everything...

My family and I stayed for 5 days at the Richmond it's has a prime location near to everything and not expensive but I think it needs to be refurbished. We only had breakfast in the restaurant that is owned by the hotel and the guy who serves breakfast was extra nice and really made sure that we are satisfied...

Acccomodation close to Oxford Centre, they had a great restaurant downstairs too. The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend! Great value for money also as other hotels in that area were very expensive.

what is there to like as it has bad service overall , there is no lobby as you check in through a restaurant that is situated beside the small entrance to the hotel room, the complimentary breakfast is a joke and is very abruptly terrible ,towel and bed is dirty as I found someone else's hair on the bed, provided...

Hotel is above a Lebesese Restaurant accessible via a couple of steps in a narrow passageway. Had to fetch the key from the restaurant to book in, and the waiter booked us in while serving patrons. Place was tidy enough but not what you'd call clean. Bed was comfortable. Only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel between two of...

We were a family of 3 in a Family Room. Had to take bags up stairs. No lift but very helpful staff who carried them up for us. Easy enough to get them down the stairs at the end of the stay. It was cosy but beds excellent, small fridge supplied and very quiet. The shower was small but quite...
